THE PROCESS
1) Consultation- I will meet with you to understand what your unique needs are, how I can exceed your expectations, and prepare you for the road ahead.
2) Search- After we’ve narrowed your criteria, we’ll arrange a private showing of the best listings available.
3) Negotiations- You’ve found the one. But will your offer get accepted? Not only will I position you to win the bid, but I will also negotiate aggressively to get you the best terms possible.
4) Due Diligence- Now we look under the hood. You can rely on our team of professionals to gather as much information as possible about the home to determine if it’s a home run or dud.
5) Closing Time- Deals fall apart for a variety of reasons but most often due to poor communication. I approach my work with a level of professionalism that brings confidence and ease to all parties involved.
